Ayurveda is based on the fundamental concept that no two people are alike. Therefore, any one diet or lifestyle habit is unlikely to benefit every person in the same way.
Ayurvedic Practitioners use a well balanced, healthy diet, lifestyle changes, stress relief and herbal remedies to heal all sorts of conditions by helping to bring the body back in balance. The overall belief is that disease and suffering results from an imbalance in the three doshas, which are ways of categorizing the body’s three basic energy types: Vata, Pitta, Kapha
